hey all

i just came back from tasmania, which was an awesome experience.. it's so different from sydney, everyone there is so much friendlier, the air is cleaner, and best of all the summers are MUCH cooler.. my god, we actually had to wear our jackets cos it got so cold, you wouldn't think of doing that at all up here! and the scenery was so nice, we went and saw some caves, waterfalls, rivers, forests, lotsa nice photos are waiting to be printed.. and we went on this Air Walk thing, which was like a walkway suspended 37 metres above ground and you walk amongst the trees.. i thought id give it a go and would be able to conquer my fear of heights by doing so, but every time i looked down i got scared shitless so i just i kept walking and looking forward, so much for that plan...

we rented lots of videos to watch cos tv down there is several months behind sydney, and also we had nothing to do when our parents and aunt and uncle went to the casion, so we watched many a video.. we also visited the cadbury factory and the cascade brewery, we got taken on tours and we got free chocolate and beer.. what could be better?

came back last night and went to emma's party, came home and woke up at 1pm.. haha needed to catch up on a week's worth of lost sleep.. we had to wake up at 7:30 every day, which is torture when you're in holiday mode! so yes, i have been up for like an hour, i am officially lazy, what can you do...

oh my god, i finally fucking finish exams today, and then i have the fucking shittest night out EVER! far out, so alice picks me up and we head off to her party in killara right, and then we fucking get stuck on the SAME FUCKING road in the city for like a whole hour.. and this is at like 7pm so wtf, its not even peak hour... so we finally get there and i had some food, but like overall it was pretty boring and i only had one drink.. i get picked up and go to the city, arrive there like an hour late.. we had to line up, it took almost an hour to get a fucking drink, the music was SHIT and the fucking retards decided to try and cram like the entire asian population of sydney into an area of 100 metres squared. it was hot and sticky and every five minutes some tool would try and push right past us... not only that the music was so shit i didnt even wanna dance

MAN im pissed off
im SO gonna get wasted tomorrow..
YEAH! and i didnt even get wasted, wat a fucking shit night..

WOW! i just came back from the Bond concert at the opera house... my god, these girls are undoubtedly four of the hottest musicians out there.. haha they were just awesome, and they played about a solid hour of enjoyable music.. halfway through they switched over to the wooden string instruments and played an acoustic set which included eleanor rigby which i LOVE! and the song from carmen as well.. man, haylie is a little hottie eh? and shes aussie too! go aussie...

anyway, so after a short acoustic set, they went back to electric strings mode, and played a fair few upbeat songs that really got the audience worked up.. you'd be surprised, they may be classically inclined, but they can really get the crowd going.. gay-yee was a bit of a weirdo, but she was whacky and funni too.. eos was a little quiet, tania exuded a sophisticated aura, and haylie was definitley the loudest, letting loose random screams and hoots throughout the night.. haha.. an enjoyable night was had by all, except the opening act was fucking shit, some weird aussie country singer.. wat the hell does that have to do with bond anyway!?

helo hello

i came back on friday from melbourne! it was awesome! didnt really have time to write here since then, so im writing now.. im really tired at the moment so i dont think ill give a full recount of the trip, but mostly lotsa going out, shopping and eating was done, it was loadsa fun and it was a much needed holiday that i enjoyed a lot.. thanks to everyone who made my trip so fun!

i went to see catwoman yesterday, i actually thought it was pretty good, even though so many ppl say it sucks.. ah well, halle berry is cool.. hehe.. went to "Bowled Over" last night, hosted by Mister Erol's brother... it was a bit quiet at first but really picked up and turned out to be a great night...

hello hello one and all

well yesterday was my 20th.. we had food and drinks and cake and mingling at my house from 6-9.. i kept trying to catch up with everyone i hadnt seen in ages, and was trying to give plates and cups and food to everyone, so as a result i spent very little time with everyone.. but i did drink! ppl kept making me disgusting "birthday drinks" so by the time the cake came out i was quite on the gone side of the spectrum...

thank you to all who made the effort to come, i hope you all had fun and if you didnt i hope you at least had a good feed and got some alcohol into you.. good to catch up with lots of you, and thanks for coming...

only about 10 of us ended up going clubbing though, Erol and Simon, thanks so much for coming along, you guys are fucking funni... my drinking buddies, and in the case of last night, my alcohol suppliers hehehe.. its good to have a bday... thanks to Kath and Dex for coming, and Kath, thanks for your warnings about the skank! HAHAHAHAH... Victor, Leo, Emma, Amy, Leonard, thanks to you too.. Frank, thanks so much for coming, im sorry if you didnt have that much fun, sucks you and Tim weren't allowed into arthouse, like wtf...

oh yeah, so anyway we went to cave first, and then it got a bit shit so we left at about 1.. hahaha oh my god! i met deni hines inside and she wished me happy bday! shes a virgo too! how funi is that... anyway, so yeah we left at 1 and went on to arthouse afterwards.. that wasn't that good either, that was mostly drinking and a bit of dancing on the side... after that about 5 or 6 of us went to maccas to stock up on grease, and then funnily enough we went to eat pancakes right after that, like wat the fuck.. oh wait, it was definitely 6 of us, cos 4 of us had to cram into the back seat and i had to cover my head with a jacket and duck down... lucky me.. anyway, we had coffee and pancakes and at this stage i was feeling quite gross...

got back to my house at 4, 5? we opened pressies, benson and leonard left, and then there were 4... we sorted presents, then watched pirates of the carribean, well emma did, the rest of us fell asleep.. i woke up, erol was gone, which was a good thing since his flight to melbourne left two hours earlier... i watched a dvd, listened to some music, threw up (whoooo lucky me) and then had a shower....

then we went to lunch at blackbird cafe, thanks sandy for buying me lunch and dessert from passionflower!

after that came home, watched Underworld, ate dinner got ready, went to Kick Up The Dust at uni with a couple friends, then came home, finished packing, and now im online updating before im off to melbourne for the week!!

hey ppl

went to Joey's concert last night, wow it was really good, she sings so well live and she's so hot! haha although, this concert was preceded by a horrific dinner surrounded by people i hate so that was a very painful experience for me.. after that we went clubbing at Space which started out extremely shithouse then turned out really great, i had a fun time...

today i did some work, went to eastgardens, then had dinner and watched movies with my friend at his apartment

omg! i had a great night out last night at Milkshake!
we went in and it was pretty empty so we're like this is gonna be SOOOO lame and so we just had a fair few drinks, but then Kath got kinda wacko and said she needed to dance to work of the alcohol, so we did and after a while things really picked up.. the dance floor was packed, there ended up being two different rooms and the atmosphere was really good too.. the music was alright, some songs i loved some i was like wtf.. but yeah overall a great night even though it started out pretty crummy.. and i got pretty trashed too haha..

hey everyone!

wow it HAS been a long time since i've written in here huh? thanks to the random who left a post here recently, i appreciate it.. also you have brought my attention to the fact that yes, its been like 4 months since i've last written here...

lets have a quick update shall we?
work : YES! i am once again employed, so FUCK YOU BIG W! i am working at Lello's in eastgardens, a cafe/gelato shop.. so that's kewl, im learning how to make coffee, so at least im acquiring a skill now as opposed to acquiring a hatred for people at my old job...
uni : FUCKING SUCKS this year, im only doing three subjects so i'll have to do summer school at the end of the year to make up the subject, also its just too hard.. chinese is complete SHIT this year, im barely passing.. qma is shit and macro is just whacked... im finding it hard to get motivated to study for any of my subjects now
piano : fucked to the max, hardly practise and the exam is in like 3 months
finances : going horrific, the new job is hardly paying me enough to survive from week to week, but thank god i got an extra shift, cos a girl quit, so i work wednesdays too now.. its not much extra, but at least i can start saving again.. yay!
friends : hmmm, been having a few problems in that department lately... many annoying things happening this yeear..
gf : FUCK NO! its been wat, 2-3 years? i think im doomed to die a lonely virgin..
driving : also fuck no, haven't been in weeks, my Ps are very beyond my grasp

WOW, wat a great weekend!!

i know i havent written in here for ages, i was meant to tell everyone how good the black eyed peas concert was but i couldn't be fucked.. bottom line : they were the fucking best!! oh my god, wat an awesome group of performers..

anyway, yesterday was donna's 18th birthday party.. we had a bloody awesome time at maroubra beach, first time ive been to the beach in years.. we ate food, mucked around, and then i got dunked by jack so after that all bets were off.. i was dunking everyone like nobody's business!! haha me and jack must have dunked just about everyone into the water - hey, you crossed us first, not our problem =P

afterwards we all showered changed went city for japanese at capitol for dinner, that was awesome food.. after that went to green box for K which was alright too.. excellent day overall, i came home completely buggered..

this is short cos i cant be bothered

hey all
been a billion years since i've written in here..
i had 3 assessments this wk, another 3 next wk, followed by finals.. how fucked is that?
my mate che stayed over so we could study for the chinese oral assessment... far out.. wat a pain in the ass.. anyway, bummed around mostly.. i think the study to bludge ratio was like 1: 5 million.. but ah well, we've memorised one of the dialogues, one more to go...
wat a quick year it has been! i can't believe next week is the last week, then by the 20th of nov. i will have nothing to worry about uni-related for like 3 months! yay!

hello all..
my 19th last night
it was alright i suppose, but the weather decided to be complete bitch and like piss down about 2 hours before it was meant to start.. it got off to a very slow start indeed, but eventually it started happening, probably about the same time the food came out... people seem to be more sociable when they're stuffing their faces...
we went superclub afterwards, it was alright but no-one seemed to be in the mood that night... ah well.. we came home watched futurama and ate left overs and talked and slept for precious few hours before ev and co had to leave.. i am so sleepy..

my weekend was interesting enough i suppose..
i went out on friday nite for drinks
thanks to my delightful friends i got fucked off my face and had lots of vomity fun throughout the course of the night... YAY!
i got home and my mum was still up and im like "i feel like shit...."
and guess who had to work at 8 30 the next morning?
yeah so anyway, it was a delightful experience and i recommend u all try it

wow, we went to watch Jing on opening night for her play Metamorphosis! she was playing the lead role!! go jing!
sandy jeff evelyn and alvin came, che dogged us! =O and wensy was too late, her and her bf were lost in homebush like 20 mins before the play was starting...
it was pretty damn good, and we had dinner at Tea Inn beforehand..
i bought a chinese dictionary too cos i damn well need one
the weather is too cold and rainy for my liking

hmm, wow, despite really not looking forward to this at all, i ended up enjoying the concert quite a bit... Avril Lavigne, that is... we met up at Market City and had dinner, i had teriyaki chicken, despite eating that for dinner last night... it was yum..

so we get to entertainment centre at 7 30 and we realise that oh my god, we are so out of place here... i swear, if i see one more teenage girl wearing a tie and khaki pants, im gonna shoot myself... anyway, the audience was comprised of 50% pre-pubescent teeny boppers, 45% parents of said teeny boppers, and the remaining 5% were people over 14 who just have no self-respect... our group were obviously in the last category...

wen shes not jumping around and trying to act tough and tomboyish, she can actually sing sometimes... quite interesting.. the acoustic set was quite nice, very unusual to hear any avril live being in tune... but they shifted all the songs down a few notes so it sounded like she was singing like a man the whole time... and god, please, someone get her a speech therapist, i couldnt understand a word she said...

evelyn ran up to me after the concert all hyped up on ecstacy or something... given the majority of people in the audience, it was more likely red cordial or sherbert... oh by the way, avril lavigne, you're a POP singer, stop acting punk and hard and bagging out people like Britney Spears you hypocritical cow....

YAY!!! so how is everyone? my god.. such a busy two weeks ahead of me, yet i am online, aren't i smart? well i finished my stupid chinese assignment this arvo, and then did some study, so im slowly but steadily catching up.. and i figured i deserved some sort of a break after all that work so here i am as usual online, but the difference is i am once again writing in my poor neglected LJ....

haha this song always puts me in a good mood.. but im already in one, finished that fucked up "annotated bibliography" today!! WOOHOO! now all i have to do is study for the 5 assessments i have next week!! THATS ALL!! arent i lucky!? yeah, so come to my funeral next weekend, all invited!!
